Hypothyroidism again
I feel really weird blogging about my thyroid problem (even though i posted something about it earlier) I think its because I dont want to make any excuses for how my body is. I feel embarrassed saying to myself “hey dont beat yourself up so much! you’re doing the best you can considering you have to work pretty damn hard to be normal.”
I’m on medicine for it and it seems...

i learned that
i need to exercise at least 1 hr every day to keep up a normal metabolism because of my hypothyroidism. i wonder if this will help me increase my intensity…
I find it quite amusing that my syllabus for a class would be rearranged so the professor can attend a general occupy movement protest. haha :)
